Instead of buying an apartment, why not buy a house outside Sacremento? A realtor there is offering a deal "Buy one house, get another house free."
Or, buy a car - A Hyundai dealer is offering "Buy one car, get a second for a dollar." However, this deal comes with the caveat that the cars are Hyundais.
I am holding out for the "Buy a Hyundai, get a Lincoln and an apartment building and cash back with flyer miles Sale".
I just don't see me in a Hyundai. Remember the Kia in Miami? "Dad, please, this car hurts..."
